Every batch tested before it leaves our yard
Quality is our first core value. Our in-house Quality Control Laboratory at the Lusaka plant carries out strict testing on aggregates and concrete mixes, including sieve analysis, slump testing, air-content measurement and compressive-strength testing. This ensures that every batch meets performance, safety and durability standards before delivery.
- Raw materials: cement, sand and stone are checked on arrival and sampled with a riffle sample splittern- Aggregate grading by sieve analysis and moisture by drying ovenn- Fresh concrete: slump and air content measured before dispatchn- Hardened concrete: cubes cast, cured and crushed on our compression machine
